Martin-Breinig-Pruitt To Wed
Aaron and Lacey:
Lyle and Judy Martin of Orleans, Nebraska and Mike and Wendy Pruitt of Holdrege, Nebraska, are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Lacey Ellen Martin to Aaron Michael Breinig-Pruitt.
The couple will be united in marriage on May 16th, 2015, near Orleans, with a reception to follow in Orleans at the Harlan County Agricultural Center.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of Southern Valley High School and a 2003 graduate of Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture at Curtis with an associates in the field of Veterinary Technology. Lacey is employed at Fairview Veterinary Clinic in Lexington, Nebraska.
The groom is a 2007 graduate of Holdrege High School, he is employed by Pruitt Trucking out of Holdrege.
The couple will reside in Overton, Nebraska.
The Parkview Baptist Church in Lexington, Nebraska was the setting for the Saturday Sept 20th 2014, wedding of Katie Anne Sage of Lexington and Jonathan William Garwood of Eustis, Nebraska. The ceremony was officiated by Pastor John Shields.
Parents of the couple are Shane and DeeAnn Sage of Lexington and Lyle and Marlene Garwood of Central City.
The bride was escorted by her father. Katie wore a breathtaking A-line bridal gown made from Tulle and Soft Organza that featured a delectable Diamante lace piping throughout. The Ivory bridal gown was accented with Ivory lace and the skirt flowed full into a chapel train for added elegance. The bride also wore a mid-length ivory veil adorned with crystal beads. Her hair was lightly curled and pinned back with the veil and a large crystal hair pin. The bride carried a breathtaking bouquet of cream, brown and blue flowers and crystal accents. Keeping it western the bride wore a pair of ostrich boots with navy, teal and cream tops.
Wbby Wolf was Maid of Honor and Denise Lehmann was Matron of Honor. Bridesmaids were Alyse Gonzalez, Brylee Lauby, Sarah Leising, Chelsea Gengenbach and Jonie Ternes. The bridesmaids wore a beautiful “just above the knee” cotton sundress. The dress was an eyelet design in navy blue and the bridesmaids kept it western with their cowgirl boots. The bridesmaids carried a medium bouquet of cream, brown and blue flowers.
The groom wore a milk chocolate button-up shirt with a tan vest and paisley blue tie, starched dark blue jeans, belt, cowboy boots and black hat.
The best man was Nate Lehmann. Groomsmen were Tyler O’Neel, Matt Newcomb, Trent Brondel, John Flodman, Kevan Hueftle and Jason Gohl. The groomsmen wore a navy button-up shirt with a grey vest and cream tie, starched dark blue jeans, belt, cowboy boots and black hat.
Sage Jaimes, cousin of the bride, was the flower girl. She wore a western lace and tulle dress with a jean jacket top and cowgirl boots. The ringbearers were Brayden Ternes and Chase Sage, both nephews of the couple. They wore blue jeans, cream button-up shirt with a brown vest and cowboy boots.
Ushering guests and candlelighters were Mark Eckstrom, Jess Brandes, Aaron Wells, and Ty Sage who all wore similar attire as the groomsmen.
Musicians were Paul Ternes, vocal; Doran Schmidt and Liz Schmidt on the piano. Mariah Cook and Marcia and Riley George were scripture readers.
Personal Attendants were Emilee Voss, Mollie George, Kursten Plunkett and Baylee Wigstone.
Guestbook/gift attendants were Morgan Holbrook, Cassidy Holbrook and Madison Holbrook.
Navy blue, cream and milk chocolate were the colors chosen for the western theme wedding and reception.
Host couples for the church ceremony and reception were Phil and Lori Lauby, Gary and Donna Green, Tim and Deb Holbrook and Don and Joan Burks.
A reception dinner and dance followed the ceremony at the Eustis Fair Building in Eustis. Pie servers were Peg Hazzard, Star Schutz, Leanne Cook and Eileen Sylvester.
Special guests in attendance were grandparents of the bride, Roger and Sharon Booth and Myrl and Ona Sage, all of Lexington.
Following the wedding, the newlyweds took a honeymoon trip to Wyoming and South Dakota that included the Black Hills.
Katie is a 2006 graduate of Lexington High School and a 2009 graduate of Central Community College-Hastings campus where she received her Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. She is employed at Lexington Family Dentistry as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
Jonathan is a 1998 graduate of Central City High School and a 2001 graduate of Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture in Curtis where he received a double degree with an Associate of Applied Science in Agribusiness Management and in Agricultural Production Systems. He is employed at All Points Cooperative-Lexington in the Agronomy/Sales Division. Jonathan and Katie are also actively engaged in farming/ranching.
The couple resides at their country home near Eustis.
Klammer-Messersmith To Wed
Kyle and Hilary:
Hilary DaNae Messersmith and Kyle Fredrick Klammer together with their families announce their upcoming wedding.
Hilary is the daughter of Teresa Messersmith of Gothenburg. Grandparents include Betty Leach and Keith and Lea Messersmith of Farnam, Nebraska.
Kyle is the son of Joel and Kathy Klammer of Ainsworth, Nebraska. Grandparents include Julie Hafer and the late Kenny Hafer of Seward, Nebraska and the late Werner and Ruth Klammer of Seward.
Hilary is currently a graduate assistant at the University of Nebraska at Kearney, Nebraska and is pursing her Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology.
Kyle is a third year medical student at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska.
The couple will be joined in marriage on May 30th, 2015, in Cozad, Nebraska. After their union, the couple plans to reside in Bellevue, Nebraska.
Smallfoot-McMichael To Wed
Lexine and Aaron:
Aaron McMichael and Lexine Smallfoot, both of Arnold, Nebraska, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding planned for June 13th, 2015 at the Preitauer farm east of Gothenburg, Nebraska.
Parents of the couple include Gregg and Sherri McMichael, Tanette Martin, also of Gothenburg and the late Gary Smallfoot.
The bride-to-be is employed at Walker’s Steakhouse in Gothenburg. The prospective groom is employed with Skyview Farms in Arnold.
