Black - Woytek

Lance Corporal Marisa Black and Corporal Zachary Woytek were united in marriage at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 2nd, 2016. The double ring ceremony was officiated by John Black, father of the bride.
The event was held at the home of the groom’s grandparents Ellen and Ted Ryan in Fulshear, Texas. Many thanks to Ted and Ellen for the use of their home and the beautiful decor for setting this very special occasion.
The walkway from the house to the deck was strewn with white, gold, red silk and flower petals. Two huge red rose bushes were placed at the entrance of the walkway. The huge deck that sat on the edge of the tributary to the Brazos River was the stage for the ceremony and was decorated with white satin chairs tied with red tulle bows. Tables and chairs were decorated in the same theme for the after-wedding dinner. The patio between the house and deck served as the dance floor and music stage for the reception after the ceremony.
Zachary and Marisa just returned from Tour of Duty in Iraq. They both are serving duty in the United States Marine Corp. Marisa on the USS Boxer  and Zachary on the USS New Orleans. Before landing in Iraq, Zachary was pulled off his ship and flown to the USS Boxer where Marisa was serving. Marisa was in Aviation Electronics and Zachary was in Air-Craft Ordinance. After their tour in Irq they were fortunate to dock in Thailand, Dubai and Hawaii before reaching their home base in Camp Pendleton, San Diego, California. The couple are making their home in Vista, California and have one and a half years left of active duty. After their enlistments are over they plan to return to College Station, Texas and attend Texas A&M University.
Parents of the bride are John Black and Barbara Firebaugh of Costa Mesa, California.
Parents of the groom are Brent and Kanda Sanders of Katy, Texas and Melanie Woytek of College Station, Texas.
Grandparents are: Kurt and Twyla Gengenbach of Spring, Texas; Dennie and Sandy Woyteck of Katy, Texas; Angelica Sanders and the late Edward Sanders of Katy, Texas; the late Fred and Ilene Gengenbach of Eustis, Nebraska and the late Corwin and Esther Hatcher of Cozad, Nebraska.

Floe - Goranson

Deanna Lynn Floe and Nicholas Drew Goranson were united in marriage on July 30th, 2016 at The Rock Church in Scottsbluff, Nebraska with dinner and dancing following at the Scottsbluff Country Club.    
 Deanna is the daughter of Richard Floe of Cozad and Geri Floe of San Diego, California. She is the granddaughter of the late Gale Braggs and great-granddaughter of the late Howard and Perdeta Penn, all of Cozad. 
Nick is the son of Joe and Jana Goranson of Gordon.   
The bride is a graduate of Cozad High School (2008) and Nebraska Wesleyan University and is the director of music at Summit Christian College, teaches music at Community Christian School, and is an adjunct voice instructor at Western Nebraska Community College. 
The groom is a graduate of Gordon-Rushville High School (2007) and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is a science teacher and coach at Scottsbluff High School.
The couple makes their home in Scottsbluff.

Danielson - Sheets

Jim Danielson of Page and Alene Hietbrink of Lincoln announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their daughter, Kaitlyn Elise Danielson, to Logan Michael Sheets, son of Curtis and Arlene Sheets of Gothenburg.
The bride-to-be is a 2012 graduate of O’Neill Public Schools, and graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in August of 2016 with a bachelor of science degree in Child, Youth and Family Studies. She is currently employed in Lincoln as an early head start associate teacher with Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County.
The prospective groom graduated from Gothenburg Public School in 2013, and will receive a bachelor of science degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in May of 2017.
The couple are planning a December 30th, 2016 wedding ceremony at Ashland, Nebraska.

Hall-Maendele

Chelsey Hall and Rickey Maendele of Cozad were united in marriage on August 27th, 2016 at the home of Chelsey’s sister and brother-in-law Dan and Heather Heinemann in Darr, Nebraska by Magistrate Dianna Wheeler.
Chelsey is the daughter of Sally and the late Norm Lambertus and the late Gary Lee Hall of Cozad.
Rickey is the son of the late Pam Maendele.
The Maid of Honor was Monica Chavez, friend of the bride and Bridesmaid was Heather Heinemann, sister of the bride. The Best Man was Rick Hemphill, a friend of the groom. Groomsman was Bill Maendele, brother of the groom. Flower Girls for the event were; Aniston and Hailey Maendele, nieces of the groom and Paizlee Strode, niece of the bride. Ring Bearer was Jury Maendele, son of the couple.

Larsen-Allbright

Courtonie Larsen and Christopher Allbright of Cozad will be married on October 1st, 2016 at the First United Methodist Church in Cozad at 4:30 p.m. There will be a reception following the ceremony at Chipper Hall in Cozad, Nebraska
Courtonie is the daughter of Wayne and Robin Larsen of Cozad. She graduated from Cozad High School with the class of 2004 and attended college in Omaha, Nebraska.
Christopher is the son of Richard and the late Tammy Allbright of Cozad. He graduated from Cozad High School with the class of 2004 and attended college in Hastings, Nebraska.
Courtonie and Christopher are both currently employed at H & H Auto Parts, LLC in Cozad. 
Following the wedding the couple with reside in Cozad. A honeymoon has been planned for a later date.
