Harry A. Franks, 76, of Berlin Center, Ohio, formerly of Lexington, Nebraska, died Saturday, December 8th, 2012.

He was born July 9th, 1936, in Lexington to Harry C. and Mildred (Lake) Franks.

Harry grew up in the Lexington area and worked on his parents' farm. He later became a truck driver.

Survivors include his loving wife, Uta Franks, children, Nancy Gowlovech and her husband, Mike, Brad Franks, Dean Franks, Vicky Franks Cochran, Julie Carrier and her husband, Todd, and Mandy Wilson and her husband, Terrance, all of Nebraska; and Daniel Franks and his wife, Jessie, of East Palestine; stepdaughters, Jessie, Karen and Tammy; 13 grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and two step-great-grandchildren.

Harry was preceded in death by his son, David Franks; brother Larry Franks; former wives Beverly (Brucker) Franks and Connie (Noyer) Franks; and his father and mother.

A memorial service will be later. Lane Family Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
